We cordially invite you to the auto massage workshop according to traditional Chinese medicine and the meridian theory.

Auto massage, as a regular practice, will help you effectively relieve pain, get rid of energy stagnation in the muscles, and improve the functioning of the circulatory and lymphatic systems.

It will work in stressful situations, after physical exertion, it will also allow you to return to good shape faster . 

During an intimate workshop, you will learn about the most important points of body acupuncture, the course of several meridians and learn effective auto massage techniques.

Theory will be intertwined with practice.

Valérian Collot (workshop leader) - An actor, social worker, masseur and Chinese medicine practitioner by education. For several years, fascinated by Chinese medicine, he is looking for a system that would allow him to understand the secrets of the human body. He uses various massage techniques and energy work: Tui-na massage, Reiki, Qi Gong, acupuncture, dietitian.
