From seed to oil

We invite you to workshops on cold pressing and in the background - talks about:

 - good fats and oils in the kitchen - looking for good proportions of fatty acids, vitamins and minerals - the importance of good fats in the diet - the power of cold-pressed oils and the value of active compounds for health - whether pressing on cold and the information "virgin" have something in common - what you should pay attention to when choosing oil in the store - pressed flour - for baking bread, rolls and cookies - home pressing and baking in the "zero waste" trend - about olive oil flax, hemp, black seeds, apricot kernels, almonds ...

During the workshop, we press three types of oil from seeds, pips or nuts. We test, taste and taste. Participants receive cake or pomace / flour and a small jar of pressed, fresh oil.

The price of the workshop is PLN 90. Paid before the workshop.
